I love my picture! Ordering was easy and the proof was available within 24 hours. However, 2 - 4 day delivery was misleading - they should pre-warn you that it could be quite some time before the artwork is actually dispatched. I was just getting concerned when it arrived very well packaged and just what I needed.

I would love to give a review but 2 weeks down the line, I am still waiting!. Delivery was supposed to be by Evri, which in itself was a big mistake, being the most unreliable courier of them all in my view. This was supposed to be for my wife following the passing of our beloved dog of 12 yrs. A real let down and dissapointment.

I absolutely LOVE the digital download! However the photo itself is really dark and bad colouring. If the portrait was lighter like I was shown on the digital download it would have been perfect! It’s not the same which is disappointing. Iv also emailed several times about this problem as I want to order more but don’t want the same problem to occur. Order promised for Christmas - didnt arrive. Customer services very very slow to respond and was told that their couriers had stopped working so my present wasnt shipped and so didn't arrive in time.
It finally arrived, but i no longer need it as I had to buy another present.

I haven’t received my pet frame yet, I ordered it on the 3rd December for a family member for Christmas and the wrong picture was sent, so I got in touch the same day and was 5 days until I got a reply. And the process to get the right picture sent was a long one. And it’s still not here and I won’t be able to give it to my family member until mid February when I next see her! I’m really not happy with the service I’ve had.
