Unfortunately when the portrait was delivered it had been printed on paper that gave it a light brown colour. I have two other portraits done 2 years ago which are printed on bright white paper therefore I am disappointed that this lower quality portrait does not match.

Although the finished item is not as photo like as the adverts I am more than happy with the finished result. I initially rejected the original as I felt there was too much space at the top of the picture, the revised artwork is much better and she now hangs over our bed keeping a watchful eye on us as she did so well for 11 years and 2 months.

It is not clear on the website that the company are located in The Netherlands. For 3 weeks I did not know what was happening with my order as no update came from the company after advising the portrait was a birthday present and we would not have it for the birthday of our friend.

The portrait itself looks great, no complaints. What im less impressed with is the claims of it being 'hand drawn', its clearly ai generated. Thats not a bad thing, its much much more accurate and true to life than other ai generated pet pictures, its just I feel false advertising. Maybe its to justify the hefty price.
