Although the finished item is not as photo like as the adverts I am more than happy with the finished result. I initially rejected the original as I felt there was too much space at the top of the picture, the revised artwork is much better and she now hangs over our bed keeping a watchful eye on us as she did so well for 11 years and 2 months.

The painting was excellent but I was not happy with the service. It took approximately 1 month to arrive.
It is not clear on the website that the company are located in The Netherlands. For 3 weeks I did not know what was happening with my order as no update came from the company after advising the portrait was a birthday present and we would not have it for the birthday of our friend.

The portrait itself looks great, no complaints. What im less impressed with is the claims of it being 'hand drawn', its clearly ai generated. Thats not a bad thing, its much much more accurate and true to life than other ai generated pet pictures, its just I feel false advertising. Maybe its to justify the hefty price.

The only negative I have is I had to chase the order, I was told some orders had been overlooked by the dispatch services. after I chased the order , it arrived within a couple of days , but I feel I should never had to chase it(hence why I didn’t give 5 stars)

I love my portrait. Unfortunately the name is spelt wrong. This was my mistake not yours. It says Mayan when it should have been Megan. When I had the proof to approve I just looked at the picture and was so pleased I just approved it. It didn’t occur to me to double check the name.
It would be helpful if you could add a second stage to approve any name separately. So a customer checks both. Thank you
