Digital downloads are a wonderful idea, a fair price and are sent to you as soon as you approve your portrait. The only downside is there was a discount offer just after I placed my order and I received too many emails suggesting a digital download despite already buying them.

I ordered a photo of my dog and our newly adopted rescue dog. I didn't like the photos I originally sent so asked to send more which they accommodated. I sent a few photos and they directed me to which photos would be best. No fault of their own, I chose photos that just weren't the best quality. Now I have a beautiful portrait of a happy boy with his new brother. Couldn't be more happy with how it turned out. I also ordered a digital download which is the screensaver on my phone. Will definitely use this company again as I have two more dogs! The framed version arrived not long after I approved the final version, it arrived well wrapped and in a beautiful black frame and proudly hangs in our living room. Thank you ❤️

Excellent service, the design team were very patient and accommodating when I asked for some alterations, I can't wait to present it to my husband for his birthday

I saw this on an Instagram ad and after i research I decided to risk and thank god I did!! The frame is absolutely amazing. I would say the time-frame they give it doesn’t correspond to the reality but they work is great. After i submit my order, it took more or less 26/28hours to get the sketch but it was so amazing I didn’t had the need to change anything so I approved the sketch they have sent me. After this, it toom a bit more to be delivered and for this I had to contact their customer support which I need to thank to Vanessa because she was always kind and answered my iniquiries real fast. They forgot to sent me the digital sketch that I paid for, but Vanessa re-sent it. Overall, it was a good experience and I am recommending them to all my friend with pets.

It was a gift for my mum It's beautiful of her three animals.

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From getting the order wrong 6 times and having to wait for the right drawing, impolite and rude responses about updates - to being lied to about shipment of the frame that wasn't sent along with the photo to begin with. I was only offered 15% refund. All in all this took 4 weeks. The picture is lovely but not worth the hassle and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, in fact the discount code I received for family and friends I told them not to use this site due to the above. Absolutely awful customer service. I'd advise anyone not to use this site.
