Hoe het werkt
Stap 1: Maak De Perfecte Foto
Kies de beste foto van jouw lieve viervoeter vanuit je foto rol en upload 'm op de website. Als je niet zeker bent of jouw foto wel goed is, kun je hem naar ons sturen via WhatsApp of Email, dan kunnen wij kijken welke foto het beste resultaat garandeert.
Stap 2: Personaliseer Jouw Kunstwerk
Maak 't kunstwerk compleet naar jouw smaak. Kies een framegrootte & achtergrondkleur uit, zet de naam van jouw pluizige vriendje eronder en een optioneel onderschrift. Dit kan van alles zijn, bijvoorbeeld de geboorte/sterftedatum, een leuk weetje of gewoon een lieve tekst over jouw huisdier.
Stap 3: Goedkeuring van het eindresultaat.
Nadat jij besteld hebt gaan wij direct aan de slag om binnen 24 uur een afdrukvoorbeeld te sturen, zodat jij 100% tevreden bent voordat wij hem gaan printen. Op het moment dat jij hem goedkeurt, gaat hij direct naar de printer en wordt jouw kunstwerk geprint. Nadat dit gebeurd is, wordt hij ingelijst en opgestuurd zodat hij zo snel mogelijk een mooi plekje krijgt in jouw huis. ✨
Foto richtlijnen
- Fotografeer jouw huisdier van dichtbij zodat wij zo gedetailleerd mogelijk kunnen tekenen.
- Zorg dat jouw hele huisdier op beeld staat.
- Duidelijke belichting
- Scherpe foto
- Fotografeer van de hoek waarop jij jouw huisdier afgebeeld wil hebben.
- Hoe duidelijker de foto, hoe mooier het resultaat.
General questions
Yes, we have already drawn many unique animals. From cute bunnies to birds or snakes. If it is an animal, we can draw it!
After ordering, you will receive a preview of your artwork by e-mail within 24 hours. You can approve or reject it. If you reject it, you can still add comments to improve the picture until you are 100% satisfied. You can even send in a new photo if you really don't like it.
This is certainly possible. You can add up to 3 pets on one portrait when ordering. Do you want more than 3 pets on one portrait? Then you can contact our customer service for a special request ;)
Yes, you can enter the date of birth & death together or separately in the "date of birth" box.
Although drawing animals is our speciality, we can also draw people. This can be done on request. Please contact our customer service first.
Yes, if you do not want a name on your portrait, you can simply leave the "pet name" box empty.
1.) The photo must have good lighting. Preferably with natural lighting.
2.) Close up and from the front. Clear, sharp photos from the front give the best results.
3.) Avoid blurred or dark photos.

Delivery & Returns
We deliver on average within 2-4 working days after ordering.
We charge £4,95 shipping costs for 1 Pet Frame.
You can cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours after placing your order. After this time, we have often already started to draw your pet(s) and there is a €7.95 signing/cancellation fee per pet.
Because the nature of our product is unique to your order, unfortunately we cannot offer returns after delivery. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service, so that we can still satisfy you.
