I would love to give a review but 2 weeks down the line, I am still waiting!. Delivery was supposed to be by Evri, which in itself was a big mistake, being the most unreliable courier of them all in my view. This was supposed to be for my wife following the passing of our beloved dog of 12 yrs. A real let down and dissapointment.

5 attempts to get right (4 were repeated requests as you just wouldn't apply the requested amend), delivered the wrong families picture six days after eventual approval (of you are waiting for Freddy Teddy the chihuahua, its at our house). I absolutely LOVE the digital download! However the photo itself is really dark and bad colouring. If the portrait was lighter like I was shown on the digital download it would have been perfect! It’s not the same which is disappointing. Iv also emailed several times about this problem as I want to order more but don’t want the same problem to occur. The email what is on the website doesn’t exist and I’m hoping to get a reply back as iv emailed about this and been on your website to “chat” Thank you!

Order promised for Christmas - didnt arrive. Customer services very very slow to respond and was told that their couriers had stopped working so my present wasnt shipped and so didn't arrive in time.
It finally arrived, but i no longer need it as I had to buy another present.
I am struggling to get a full refund at the moment. I will formally complain to trading standards and do a charge back on my credit card if it is not sorted soon.

I haven’t received my pet frame yet, I ordered it on the 3rd December for a family member for Christmas and the wrong picture was sent, so I got in touch the same day and was 5 days until I got a reply. And the process to get the right picture sent was a long one. And it’s still not here and I won’t be able to give it to my family member until mid February when I next see her! I’m really not happy with the service I’ve had.

Love the picture when it eventually arrived. Hade to reject it several times to get the eye colour right. After a request to change colour the next proof came back exactly the same. No change had been made. When the picture arrived the frame was damaged - glass broken in corner & chip to frame. Emailed immediately with pictures of damage & twice since with no response. Shockingly poor customer service. This picture was purchased as a gift for a special friends birthday. I have now been unable to give it to her as you have not helped in any way. I am now going through PayPal to try and get some sort of refund because as a last resort I have had to purchase a frame myself at extra expense. Will never use you again and will warn others of lack of care from you over something that was so special. Cannot express how disappointed I am in your company. This issue has caused me a huge amount of stress as I organised it on behalf of others as a joint gift and I feel now that I have let them down. I even sent an email to your so say founder of the company Sam who again has not responded. What a massive error I have made in choosing your company.

What can I say. Our beautiful dog rabbit passed away at 12.5 years old and I got this picture to help the children with the loss of her. My husband opened the parcel when it came and sobbed and sobbed as it’s spot on to what she looked like .
