Very pleased with the end product, however having ordered on the 15th of December for purpose of a Christmas gift the website I would have expected to have it lot sooner than the 8th January - even factoring in greater Christmas demand.
However, the end product is high quality and very good likeness to my dog!

Beautiful art, very similar to the photo you send…Ordered 2 in December delivery took a little longer than expected managed to get it before Christmas however only one turned up. Customer services were very helpful with replying to my emails and assured me it will be sent out as an emergency a week later still no product or tracking information.

The order was made end of November as a Christmas present. I chased on the 16 Dec as nothing heard. I was told an email was sent to me 3 December never received it,all folders checked. You sent me it again on the 16th December and I immediately approved it.
Now 27 December and still not received anything. Quite clearly you have been busy but the overall service and the tone of emails from customer support has been appalling.
Nobody seems interested once order placed and paid for.

I had the bad luck of ordering during Black Friday sales so my order faced some delays, but the end result was worth the wait. I am not sure how they did it but they really put Molly's look and spirit in the drawing just from a badly angled picture - you people are wizards! My dog Lola recently passed away, she was 15 and a wonderful girl with a great personality. I wanted a framed photo of her, but was unsure what to get. I saw an ad for this company and after reading through reviews and looking at their products, I decided they were a good fit.
The photo I uploaded was dark shaded in areas and so I wasn't expecting it to look a good as it did when the photo arrived. I was truly impressed and very thankful to the artist that was able to add to those areas that were hard to see. Her eyes are done beautifully and the picture really captures her character, the photo is fantastic. I highly recommend!

Fab service!! I’ve bought it as a gift for my grandparents for Christmas so I can’t add a photo right now (don’t want them to see ahah)! I uploaded 2 very different photos, different lighting different quality but they managed to capture both dogs perfectly!! The conversion from the original photo to the image has become great. I had asked for a few changes after the first draft which were implemented.
I would like to see a selection of frame variants. The standard frame is a black aluminum frame with a narrow viewing edge. A nice wooden frame would also have been nice.
I will certainly order another picture in the future.

The image is good. It was a gift and the recipient love it which is the important thing.
However, this order was placed at the beginning of December as a Christmas gift, I didn’t get the proofs to approve when you said I would. The first draft was not good and required editing, it was finally approved the week before Christmas but I didn’t receive it for another 5 weeks.
That is way beyond your advertised timescale for delivery.
